The 4th World Traditional Wushu Championships (WTWC) kicks off October 16 in central China, in the Wudang Mountains, the birthplace of Wudang Wushu traditional.
During the six-day championships, more than 2,200 athletes of Kung Fu for more than 80 countries and regions will compete in over 300 events of Chinese martial arts such as Tai Chi Chuan, sword, stick, spear, and more.
as the quintessence of Chinese culture, Wushu has a history of 2,500 years. Promoted
by the International Wushu Federation, the WTWC has become one of the largest traditional Wushu events in the world and an important platform for the dissemination of Wushu. The first three editions of
WTWC were held in Zhengzhou city of Shiyan in China 2004-2008.

Muay Thai Sports Day on Capri

Grande successo per l'esibizione di muay thai durante la giornata dello sport organizzata dall'Assessore allo Sport del Comune di Capri, Vincenzo Ruggiero (al centro con la mglietta arancione).

Giovedì 30 settembre è andato in scena il team Aretè Muay Thai isolano , inizialmente coadiuvando l'istruttore Francesco Della Corte nel far avvicinare i bambini alla nostra disciplina marziale; in un secondo momento mettendo in scena una esaltante esibizione tra forme a vuoto e allenamento ai colpitori.
